Judging and Perceiving refers to our attitude towards the world, and how we
live our lives from day to day. The Judging prefer things neat, ordered, defined
and completed. The Perceiving prefer things spontaneous, flexible and open
ended. We use Judging when we make to-do lists, schedule activities, resolve an
issue to move on, or make and express judgments. We are Perceiving when we
postpone decisions to look at the options, decide what to do as we go along
rather than plan, procrastinate, or act spontaneously. Judging and Perceiving people generally don't accept each other readily, but
can complement each other in a relationship if both are developed enough to
accept their differences. Writers Village University Character
