P117 Advanced Poetry - Free Form Part 1 is an advanced 10-week facilitated course designed for poets who want to hone their craft through a series of challenging writing exercises, real critique, and rewriting. It will not concentrate on learning forms or patterned poetry although participants will not be prohibited from writing them. Rather we will coax, provoke, stimulate and challenge participants to write poems, to exchange their thoughts on poem-making, to experiment and take risks, to analyze poetry and to revise and make their work as good as it can be.
