Suzi Goode is a transplanted Canadian, hailing from British Columbia but now living in sunny California, an hour's drive from Los Angeles. She's written short stories in the science fiction, horror, erotica, mystery, and fantasy fields, being published in Green's Magazine in Canada, Burning Sky, Black Petals, Seductive Torture, Purple Mist, Jupiter's Freedom on-line, Anotherealm on-line as well as Writer's Choice Literary Journal.

Suzi is the former Associate Editor of the horror ezine, Twilight Showcase, and currently writes book reviews for At The Brink Of Madness, an on-line horror ezine. She also has a website at Suite 101.com dedicated to Ancient Greece and is the author of "In the Jungle" at T-Zero X-pandizine. Occasionally she contributes articles on writing to Cyber-Journal, at the NovelAdvice website.

She is currently at work writing a category romance and an epic fantasy. Her hard-boiled private eye novel, featuring Cory Purchase, A Tough Lady To Kill, won an Honorable Mention in the National Writer's Association Novel Writing Contest in 1998.

At Writer's Village, she teaches Fiction 510 (Other Worlds - Science Fiction and Fantasy), Fiction 700 (Beginnings, Middles and Ends), Fiction 520 (Horror Writing) and Fiction 701-3 (Demystifying the Novel, Parts 1-3).

Her hobbies include needlework, sewing, baking, gardening, model railroading, amateur astronomy, calculus and trigonometry. She lives in southern California with her husband, Michael.
