They do not accept e-mailed submissions. All submissions must be sent via regular mail.

Every effort will be made to expedite this process and to give each project their fullest attention, but due to the large number of inquiries there can be delays.

All inquiries, proposals, and manuscripts should be accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope for their reply. If you desire your materials returned to you, please provide postage suitable for that purpose.

MFA1002: Metaphor   Facilitated by Bob Hembree

Prerequisite: MFA1001

Course Description: In MFA1002, we'll continue our study of the conscious and unconscious significance of metaphor and frames, while exploring their practical applications for writers, including how to better connect with our readers on the emotional and conceptual levels, how to write with pin-point precision, and using metaphoric frames in character interactions with story elements. The companion book for this session will be Salmon Rushdie's novel, Midnight's Children.
